The State Nirbhaya Cell of the Women and Child Development department will organise a one-day exhibition and sale of products made by residents of the Thejomaya home functioning under the cell in Ernakulam district and the Model Home at Thrissur on December 15.

The products, including eats, homemade goodies, bath and body essentials, art and craft, and fashion apparel, are made by Thejomaya home residents in the 16-18 age group as part of their training and sold under the brand ‘Uyare.’

The stall will be put up at the Women and Child Development Directorate at Poojappura from 10.30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Thejomaya scheme was launched in 2020 to provide skill training to the residents.
