The Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB) has said there will be a disruption in water supply in western parts of the city on August 28 due to emergency work to repair a leak in a scour valve near the NICE Junction. To facilitate the repairs, the water pumping station serving Cauvery IV Stage, Phase II, will be shut down.
Areas likely to be affected include Nandini Layout, Sunkadakatte, Sir M. Visvesvaraya Layout, Ullal, J.P. Park, Muthyala Nagar and parts of Yeshwanthpur, among others.
