US-India expert Ashley Tellis arrested over top-secret defence files

Ashley Tellis, 64, a leading U.S.-India relations expert and former National Security Council official under George W. Bush, was arrested at his Virginia home for unlawfully retaining over a thousand pages of classified defence documents.
