U.P. CM Yogi to attend Swarna Bharat Trust’s silver jubilee celebrations in Nellore

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will attend the silver jubilee celebrations of Swarna Bharat Trust (local chapter) at Venkatachalam in Nellore on Monday (September 6, 2026). Along with him, former Vice President of India Muppavarapu Venkaiah Naidu, Minister Ponguru Narayana, MLA Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy, and others will participate in the event.

Inspired by Mahatma Gandhi’s call to ‘return to the villages’, Swarna Bharat Trust was established in 2001 with the objective of creating employment opportunities for farmers, women, and the youth. This is the brainchild of Mr. Venkaiah Naidu, driven by his noble desire to give back to society and his native village.

Deepa Venkat, Managing Trustee of Swarna Bharat Trust, announced that the U.P. Chief Minister will be the chief guest on the occasion of the 25th^{anniversary celebrations. He will also visit the Soma Skill Development Centre at the Akshara Vidyalayam campus, and interact with the students.}

She said that the Swarna Bharat Trust has brought light into the lives of countless poor people, women, farmers, and rural youth, paving the way for their empowerment through skill development. Expanding its services through centers in Muchintal (Hyderabad Chapter) and Atkur (Vijayawada Chapter), it has taken this initiative to numerous youths.
