The Hyderabad Disaster Response and Asset Protection Agency (HYDRAA), on Thursday, secured a 1,600-square yard park land in the prime locality of Jubilee Hills.

The site, located near Jubilee Hills checkpost, had been earmarked as a park in two layouts developed over 11,700 square yards. However, locals allegedly attempted to encroach upon the land using forged documents, leading to legal cases. Acting on complaints that the land was at risk of fresh encroachments, HYDRAA fenced the area and installed boards designating it as park land.
