TVS Training and Services Limited, in partnership with State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu Limited (SIPCOT), organised the Net Zero Sustainability Expo 2026, providing a platform for startups to showcase innovative products and technologies focused on sustainability.

“Sustainability is rapidly becoming a business necessity rather than a choice. The Net Zero Sustainability Expo has been designed to connect industries with practical solutions, expert knowledge, and strategic partnerships that help organisations accelerate their ESG and Net Zero goals while improving operational performance,” said Girija S., Chief Executive Officer, TVS Training and Services Limited. “Organisations that embrace ESG today will be the ones that attract investors, strengthen customer trust, improve operational efficiency, and create long-term value,” she added.

The event was inaugurated by Chennai Collector S.Malathi Helen. Highlighting the growing adoption of renewable energy, she said an increasing number of households in Chennai are switching to rooftop solar systems and encouraged more residents to consider installing solar panels. Ms. Helen also stressed the importance of complying with solid waste management rules by segregating waste at source. While waste segregation has gained momentum in the city, she noted that it was yet to be adopted universally and urged citizens to make it a regular practice.

The two-day expo will showcase solutions in ESG consulting, renewable energy, solar power, waste management, water conservation, pollution control, recycling, carbon footprint reduction, energy efficiency, circular economy, and green manufacturing.

The expo will serve as a common platform for industries, sustainability professionals, government bodies, technology providers, and solution partners to explore innovations that support India’s transition towards a low-carbon and sustainable economy.
