This list will keep updating as more Ministers are announced. Portfolios for the following personnel are yet to be announced.

‘Bussy’ N. Anand

 N. Anand, alias ‘Bussy’ Anand, is general secretary of Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam and a close aide of its founder, C. Joseph Vijay. He is has entered the Tamil Nadu Assembly, representing the Theagaraya Nagar (T. Nagar) constituency in Chennai.

The 61-year-old MLA-elect had earlier served as an MLA in the Puducherry Assembly, representing the Bussy constituency. He won the seat in 2006 as a nominee of the Puducherry Munnetra Congress, a party founded by P. Kannan, a former Speaker of the Union Territory.

Mr. Anand also served as president of the Vijay Rasigar Mandram (Vijay Fans Association) in Puducherry, where he organised welfare activities.

Aadhav Arjuna

Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) general secretary (election campaign management) Aadhav Arjuna has won from the Villivakkam seat. He is also president of the Basketball Federation of India. He drew controversy during the campaign, when he posted on social media — in a message he later deleted — that the youth of Tamil Nadu may have to resort to an uprising against the ruling Government, similar to those seen in Sri Lanka and Nepal.

K.G. Arunraaj

A former Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer K.G. Arunraaj, won the elections from the Tiruchengodu seat. Mr. Arunraaj took voluntary retirement recently, and was appointed as the party’s general secretary of propaganda and policy. Mr. Arunrsaj, a doctor-turned-civil servant had served in the Income Tax department in Tamil Nadu, Bihar and Maharashtra.

K.A. Sengottaiyan

K.A. Sengottaiyan, chief coordinator of the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK), won the Gobichettipalayam Assembly constituency by a margin of 16,620 votes. Mr. Sengottaiyan has been elected to the Assembly from the constituency for the ninth time; he was also elected once from the erstwhile Sathyamangalam Assembly constituency. He has represented Gobichettipalayam eight times, turning it into an AIADMK stronghold, and held several ministerial portfolios during the party’s tenure in power. After being expelled from the AIADMK in November 2025, he resigned his Assembly seat and joined the TVK, marking a shift in the constituency’s political landscape.

P. Venkataramanan (Mylapore)

Treasurer of the TVK, P. Venkataramanan won the 2026 elections from the Mylapore constituency. He has also been associated with C. Joseph Vijay in a professional capacity for decades, before the actor ventured into politics.

C.T.R. Nirmal Kumar

Former AIADMK IT wing joint secretary C.T.R. Nirmal Kumar joined the TVK early in 2025. He contested and won from the Thirupparankundram seat in the 2026 elections. Mr. Kumar who joined the BJP in 2009, had eventually headed the party’s Tamil Nadu IT and social media unit. He crossed over to the AIADMK in March 2023, charging allegations against BJP State president K. Annamalai.

A. Rajmohan (Egmore)

A YouTuber and media personality, A. Rajmohan won the 2026 Assembly polls from the Egmore consittuency.

T.K. Prabhu

A dentist by profession, as per the affidavit filed with the Election Commission of India, Dr. T.K. Prabhu had successfully contested the 2026 Assembly polls from the Karaikudiconstituency.

S. Keerthana (Sivakasi)

In her debut poll outing, the young S. Keerthana routed Congress incumbment from Sivakasi with a margin of over 11,000 votes. Ms. Keerthana possesses an M.Sc in statistics.
