Three private doctors arrested in case relating to foetal examination of pregnant minors in K.R. Pet

Three doctors of private medical facilities at K.R. Pet in Mandya district have been arrested in a case relating to foetal examination of pregnant minor girls.

The arrest comes after a recent inspection of diagnostic centres across Mandya district by the Lokayukta police following complaints of illegal sex determination tests conducted at prenatal diagnostic centres.
