Three dead in two road accidents in Visakhapatnam, Anakapalli

Three persons died and few others sustained injuries in separate road accidents in Visakhapatnam and Anakapalli districts on Friday night and on Saturday (November 8, 2025), according to police.

In the first incident, a man died on the spot while pillion rider, a woman, escaped with minor injuries after their electrical scooter hit by a lorry on the main road near Maddilapalem in the city on Friday (November 7). In another incident, a main died after a speeding vehicle hit his scooter near Sheela Nagar in Vizag city.

On Saturday (November 8) morning, there was a road accident near the Port junction. Police are yet to register the case and details have not been arrived till this report got filed by 9.30 am.

In another incident, a woman died after she was hit by a speeding bike near Aganampudi in Anakapalli district.

In all the three registered cases, police are investigating to establish the identity of the deceased, and exact cause of the accident.
