The State government has directed the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) to take steps to address the issue of mosquito menace in several areas of Hyderabad. It was one of the focal points during a meeting on a 99-day action plan for the city.
Hyderabad in-charge Minister Ponnam Prabhakar issued a series of directions, including conducting an entomology survey, to GHMC Commissioner R.V. Karnan.
