Telangana Assembly speaker G. Prasad Kumar dismissed the disqualification petitions filed against Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) MLAs Danam Nagender and Kadiyam Srihari on Wednesday (March 11, 2026). The development comes a day before the March 12 deadline set by the Supreme Court to complete the process pertaining to the disqualification petitions.

The Speaker has cleared all the 10 legislators against whom disqualification petitions were filed on the ground that there is no sufficient evidence to prove that they have joined other parties.
