The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) has announced Chintakayala Vijay, Bhashyam Ramakrishna and Sana Satish as the candidates for elections to the Rajya Sabha.

Party’s national president and Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu presented the B – Forms to them at his camp office on Saturday (June 6, 2026) evening.

Mr. Vijay is Legislative Assembly Speaker Chintakayala Ayyanna Patrudu’s son and TDP’s State general secretary.

For Mr. Satish, this is his re-nomination to the Rajya Sabha. He was elected to the Upper House of Parliament in 2024 and his term is set to expire on June 21.

Mr. Ramakrishna is the founder chairman of Bhashyam Educational Institutions.

The TDP stated that the selections were made with a focus on social engineering and dedication and loyalty to the party and to encourage young leadership.

The candidates were chosen after considering their long-standing association with the party and their contributions to its growth and public service activities.

The leaders who could not be accommodated in the current round of political appointments would be considered for other positions in the future, the party added.
