The tickets for the 39th Surajkund International Atmanirbhar Crafts Festival, being held at Surajkund in Faridabad, can be booked online at Delhi Metro Rail Corporation’s Sarthi app. Tickets can be booked online by scanning the QR code issued for the Surajkund Mela. This facility has been introduced specifically to promote a digital and cashless experience, a press statement by Haryana government said. The Sarthi app is available on the Google Play Store for Android users and on the Apple App Store for iPhone users.
The Surajkund Mela attracts artisans, artists, and tourists from India and abroad every year. This new digital initiative will not only provide convenience to visitors but will also make the organisation of the fair more efficient, the press statement added.
