Two women who visited Mall of Asia at Hebbal in Bengaluru caught a man recording them on his mobile phone on September 15.

When the women tried to catch him, the accused allegedly manhandled the duo, pushed them on the ground and tried to flee from the mall.

But, the women got up and sought help from other visitors and mall staff. A few passers-by outside the mall chased the man and got hold of him with the help of autorickshaw drivers nearby. He was handed over to the Kodigehalli police, along with his mobile phone.

The women alleged that the accused had recorded videos of many women and girls who visited the mall and demanded strict action against him.
