Ongole-based Snovasys Software Solutions Ltd. has earmarked ₹200 crore from internal accruals to expand its operations across India and abroad. The global tech company’s Workforce Intelligence platform is currently being used by more than 1,300 clients across 127 countries. It has set aggressive plans to more than double its employee headcount from 250 to 600 by 2030.

In a telephonic interaction with The HIndu, its founder and CEO Srihari Kothapalli, who is based at London in United Kingdom, said: “Our Workforce Intelligence platform is currently being used by more than 1,300 clients across 127 countries. Though we have launched our product Time Champ in 2017, its demand has tremendously increased post-COVID period due to the rise of remote work.”

“Time Champ began as an internal tool to bring clarity to distributed teams, and it gradually evolved from monitoring people into understanding work. By capturing patterns around focus, effort, and execution, the Workforce Intelligence platform helps the organisations to make informed decisions while preserving trust within the teams,” he informed.

Snovasys has recently launched another product Bixo, under Workforce Intelligence platform, to automate project planning, scheduling, and task management using artificial intelligence (AI). It automatically generates project timelines, dependencies, and optimised action plans based on project goals, team structures, and workloads. It aims to bring more such products using the AI tools.

The CEO said: “Our products enable organisations to understand how work truly happens without directly watching the employees. Our platform currently has more than one lakh active users, driven largely by customer referrals and sustained usage rather than aggressive marketing. It became need of the hour among organisations in hybrid work environments.”

With an aim to scale up the platform to one crore users over the next five years, the company is planning to build a campus in Ongole and significantly increase the number of employees here. Siva Byrapuneni, who looks after the operations of the company in India, said that their workforce is highly dominated by women since the beginning.

He said: “Majority of our staff are young girls and housewives. Its a win-win situation for both the company and employees as we attract talent by offering fair compensation, while the local women get jobs without migrating to metro cities or abroad. We will continue to hire women candidates for the future needs.”
