Candidates who applied for Assistant Public Prosecutor (APP) posts in the Andhra Pradesh State Prosecutions Department have been given a chance to correct errors in their applications.

Following reports from some aspirants that they had inadvertently provided incorrect information in certain fields, the State Level Police Recruitment Board (SLPRB) has announced a window for making corrections.

Applicants can click the ‘Edit’ option on the official website, slprb.ap.gov.in, from September 19 to 22, until 5 p.m., to make necessary changes. However, candidates who need to correct details related to community, date of birth, preferred test center, uploaded photo or signature, and local/non-local status must send an email with supporting documents to slprb@ap.gov.in. “The SLPRB will update the application if the documents and information provided by the candidates are satisfactory,” said Board Chairman Rajeev Kumar Meena in a statement on Friday.
