The shooting of a biopic on former Yellandu MLA Gummadi Narasaiah, a mass leader in Telangana’s tribal heartland of Bhadradri Kothagudem district, began in Palvancha town on Saturday (Decemberr 06).

The film, starring Kannada actor Shiva Rajkumar in the lead role, chronicles the illustrious life of Mr. Narasaiah, the five-time MLA from Yellandu ST-reserved Assembly constituency, known for his exemplary simplicity.

Minister for Cinematography Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, Mr. Gummadi Narasaiah, Mr. Shiva Rajkumar, film director Parameshwar Hivrale and producer N. Suresh Reddy, among others were present.
