Sankara Nethralaya doctors honoured – The Hindu

Five consultant ophthalmologists of Sankara Nethralaya — Veena Baskaran, Suganeswari G., Niveditha Narayanan, Dhanashree Ratra, and C.K. Parameswari — were recently presented the Elizabeth Blackwell Award for excellence in teaching by the Women Ophthalmologists Society and Women Ophthalmologists Worldwide.

Honorary senior opthalmologist at the hospital, Lingam Gopal, was given a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Vitreo-Retinal Society of India.
