Quick reaction by an RPF constable saved a passenger’s life at the Kacheguda railway station on Saturday. Constable Pankaj Kumar Sharma was on duty on platform No. 1 when he noticed a senior citizen attempting to board a moving train. In the process, the person slipped and was about to get trapped between the train and the platform when the constable immediately held the passenger and safely assisted him into boarding the train, averting a major accident. The passenger sustained no injuries, said a press release on Sunday.
