Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will reply on Thursday (December 18, 2025) in Lok Sabha on Viksit Bharat – Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission (Gramin) Bill, 2025 (VB-G RAM-G Bill). The lower house concluded the discussion on the Bill on Wednesday (December 17).

The Lok Sabha on Thursday (December 18) will discuss a range of legislative, policy, and committee matters, with a special focus on air pollution in the Delhi-National Capital Region (NCR) under Rule 193.

Lok Sabha on Wednesday passed the nuclear energy bill with Union minister Jitendra Singh asserting that it would help India achieve its target of 100 GW atomic energy generation by 2047. 

Rajya Sabha on Wednesday passed the Sabka Bima Sabki Raksha (Amendment of Insurance Laws) Bill, which allows 100% Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in the insurance sector. The Upper House also cleared the Repealing and Amending Bill that repeals 71 obsolete law.
