Panneerselvam slams DMK government over attack on Odisha man

All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Workers’ Rights Retrieval Kazhagam criticised the DMK government over the attack by four minor boys on a man from Odisha with sickles in Tiruttani. 

In a statement, its founder O. Panneerselvam said the incident had shocked people and that the four boys had carried out the attack reportedly under the influence of narcotic substances. It brought to the fore as to how the State had become a “preserve of drugs,” he said.

He called upon Chief Minister M.K. Stalin to pay special attention to this problem and take immediate steps to educate the youth.
