Panel set up to probe death at Bengaluru’s Victoria Hospital following ‘negligence’ allegation

A probe has been ordered at the State-run Victoria Hospital following allegations by a patient’s family that medical negligence led to his death.

Hospital Medical Superintendent Deepak S. said a committee of experts has been constituted to ascertain the cause of death.
