Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will inspect the ongoing projects, including the sea protection wall being built at a cost of ₹13.50 crore, at her adopted village, Pedda Mynavani Lanka, on the Narsapuram coast in West Godavari district on December 28.
In an official release, District Collector Chadalavada Nagarani said that Ms. Sitharaman would also inaugurate a drone and Artificial Intelligence training programme for the fisherfolk, at the digital bhavan in the village.
Her visit also includes inauguration of a temple at Kavitam village and interaction with the fisherfolk on their needs and infrastructure facilities.s
