A National Woman Thinkers’ conference jointly organised by Bharatiya Vidvat Parishat, Rashtra Sevika Samiti and Sharanya Foundation will be held on March 7 and 8 at Vigyan Bhavan in New Delhi.

Addressing a press conference in Dharwad on February 16, Veda Kulkarni of Rashtra Sevika Samiti said that President of India Droupadi Murmu, women members of Parliament, women vice-chancellors from various universities, and woman spiritual thinkers would participate in the conference.

She said women thinkers and researchers from diverse fields, including business, health, education, culture, law, administration, and civil society, would deliberate on various issues. The resolutions emerging from these discussions will be submitted to the Union Government.

State coordinator of the conference, Geeta Bharat, said that, as a prelude to the event, a webinar series would be held in north Karnataka from February 21 to 26.
