Nara Lokesh to visit Russia from June 2 to attract investments to Andhra Pradesh

Information Technology and HRD Minister Nara Lokesh will visit Russia from June 2 to June 7 to attract investments to the State, an official release said on Sunday (May 31, 2026).

Mr. Lokesh, who has led the Andhra Pradesh government’s investment efforts, will take part in the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, one of Russia’s biggest business and investment events.

The event is expected to draw business leaders, policymakers and industry representatives from across the world.

He will also meet leading industrialists and investors to present investment opportunities in the State.

The visit is aimed at promoting the State as an investment destination and attracting projects in key sectors, the release said.
