Nandyal police conducted cordon and search operations in Nandyal and Atmakur sub-divisions on Sunday and seized 13 motorcycles and a car without valid documents.
The operations were conducted in Dev Nagar of Nandyal III Town police station limits, Vengalreddy Nagar and Kudukunda villages of Atmakur town police station and Shantakota village of Brahmankotkur police limits. Police conducted the operations to maintain law and order and prevent crime in the villages.
They also conducted searches in the residences of people with suspicious antecedents and criminal past and recovered two-wheelers and car.
