Minority Welfare Minister Farooq releases Class X study material for Urdu medium schools in Andhra Pradesh

Andhra Pradesh Minister for Law and Minority Welfare N.Md. Farooq released the specially designed study material for the Class X students of Urdu medium schools in the State, in Nandyal on Thursday. Developed by the Centre for Educational Development of Minorities (CEDM), the material envisages strengthening the learning skills among students.

Officials of the CEDM and Andhra Pradesh Minority Finance Corporation attended the event. Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Farooq said the study material was designed by experts to support the students’ academic progress.

Highlighting the government’s efforts to strengthen the education sector, the Minister appealed to the minority sections to make the optimum use of the free education, training, and guidance for competitive examinations to the minority students.

CEDM Director Yakub Bhasha said the study material was prepared six months in advance, and would be distributed to all students by November 5.
