Acting on the directions of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, a group of Ministers will meet representatives of employees’ associations at the Secretariat on October 18 to discuss key financial and service-related issues, including pending Dearness Allowance (DA) arrears.

Despite the State’s fiscal constraints, the Chief Minister has directed officials to address employees’ concerns with sympathy and urgency, reaffirming the government’s commitment to cordial industrial relations and workforce morale.

Finance Minister Payyavula Keshav, Civil Supplies Minister Nadendla Manohar, and Health Minister Satya Kumar Yadav, along with Chief Secretary K. Vijayanand, will hold talks with leaders of various employees’ unions.

The meeting will review issues such as DA revision, pending benefits, and other financial matters affecting government staff. Officials said the dialogue aims to reach a mutually acceptable solution through constructive engagement, in line with the Chief Minister’s assurance that employee welfare remains a priority.
