Mega job mela in Vijayawada on July 12

The Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC), in association with Business Network International (BNI), will organise a mega job mela on July 12 at P.B. Siddhartha College of Arts and Science, Moghalrajpuram, in Vijayawada. The NTR District Skill Development Officer S. Srinivasa Rao, along with BNI executive director, Vijayawada, J.H. Desai and chairman Achanta Meghana, announced the details of the event, in a statement on Saturday.

Mr. Desai said the job mela was being organised as part of BNI’s 10th anniversary celebrations and more than 100 companies, including several leading multinational corporations such as Genpact and Teleperformance, will participate in the recruitment drive.

Candidates who have completed Class X, Intermediate, ITI, Polytechnic, Degree, B.Tech, postgraduate courses, or Pharmacy are eligible to participate. Young men and women aged 18 to 35 years can attend the job fair, he said, adding that selected candidates will be offered jobs with monthly salaries ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹50,000, along with other employee benefits. Recruitment will be carried out through on-the-spot interviews conducted during the job mela, he said.

Mr. Desai said interested and eligible candidates can register in advance through the APSSDC portal. They can complete their registration by visiting the https://naipunyam.ap.gov.in/user-registration.

Candidates attending the job mela should bring their resume or biodata, Aadhaar card, mobile number linked to Aadhaar, a copy of their PAN card and photocopies of all educational certificates.
