Maudany hospitalised – The Hindu

People’s Democratic Party (PDP) chairman Abdul Nasir Maudany was hospitalised here on Monday. He was admitted to a private hospital as a wound developed on the stump of his right leg five months ago remains unhealed. The leg had to be amputated because of the injuries sustained in a bomb attack. Mr. Maudany has been under medical observation following a renal transplant. “Doctors have said there is no reason to be concerned,” Muhammed Rajeeb, State general secretary, PDP, said in a statement.
