The Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC), Mandya division, has made special transport arrangements for the convenience of devotees attending the Vairamudi Utsava scheduled to be held on Saturday, March 28.

A total of 140 additional buses will be operated from major bus stands across Mandya district, including Mandya, Nagamangala, K.R. Pet, Srirangapatna, and Pandavapura, to facilitate smooth travel for pilgrims visiting Melkote for the annual festival. Additional services will also be operated from Mysuru, Hassan, Tumakuru, and Bengaluru, according to a press release.

The KSRTC Mandya Divisional Controller said the arrangements have been made in anticipation of a large turnout of devotees for the annual utsava.
