The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) will conduct a re-examination on Saturday and Sunday in the city for the recruitment of a total of 622 posts in the Karnataka Power Corporation Limited (KPCL), with strict measures in place.

KEA Executive Director H. Prasanna said, “The re-examination is being conducted as per the orders of the Supreme Court. The exams held earlier was struck down for adopting negative marks during evaluation that was not part of the notification.”

On Saturday, a written examination will be held at 17 centers in Bengaluru for the recruitment of Chemical Supervisor and Assistant Engineer posts in various departments. A total of 8,622 candidates are eligible to appear for this examination.
