The National joint coordinator of All India Kisan Congress S. Krishna Chaitanya Reddy has urged party workers and supporters to participate in the “Vote Chor Gaddi Chod” protest in large numbers scheduled to be held on December 14 at Ramlila Maidan in New Delhi. The rally will be led by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and is expected to be a massive show of strength against the alleged vote cheating by the BJP and its anti-farmer policies, said Mr. Reddy in a statement on Friday (December 12, 2025).

Mr. Reddy said that the objective was to highlight the BJP’s attempts to undermine democracy and cheat the people of India. He said the Congress party will not let the BJP get away with its divisive and anti-people policies. He appealed to all Congress workers and supporters to make the programme a grand success and show their solidarity with the party’s mission to protect the country’s democratic values. “The Congress party is committed to protecting the country’s democratic values and will fight against all odds to ensure that the voice of the people is heard,” he added.
