The Kerala Cabinet on Wednesday (October 15, 2025) decided to recommend to the Governor to convene a special session of the Assembly on November 1, Kerala Piravi Day (State formation day).
The Cabinet also granted administrative approval for the construction of a non-cess IT building on 88 cents of land in the first phase of the Kochi Infopark campus. The building, spread out over 1.9 lakh square feet, will be constructed using Infopark’s own funds and a term loan from a bank at a cost of ₹118.33 crore.
