As per the TOR, it would review the permissions given and extent of compliance of permission, regulations by the event organisers.

It would study the existing rules and regulations for granting permission and SOP for the political parties to conduct meeting/ rally to ensure protection to the life of people and property and would suggest preventive measures to avert such occurrences in future. It would complete its inquiry and submit its report within three months.
