Adidvara, an initiative of AssisTech Foundation, will be holding an inclusive hiring event ‘Job Habba Mysuru 2026’ aimed at connecting Persons with Disabilities (PwD) with employment opportunities.

A statement here said the event scheduled to be held at All India Institute of Speech and Hearing (AIISH) on March 28 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. will bring together leading employers, training institutions and job seekers under one roof.

“The Adidvara Job Habba Mysuru 2026 is being conducted in collaboration with AIISH with Equibeign Foundation as the strategic partner, and the support of the Department of Welfare of Differently Abled and Senior Citizens,” the statement said.

The Job Habba is designed to bridge the gap between talented candidates with disabilities and inclusive organisations that are committed to building diverse workforces. More than 500 PwD candidates from Mysuru and surrounding districts are expected to participate in the event.

A statement from the organisers said 26.8 million people in India have some form of disabilities and two thirds of these people are not employed- a number that is only set to increase without proper skills training for employment.

“Ignoring the potential of disabled people can cost any nation very high. For India, leaving persons with disabilities out of the economy translates into a loss of about 5%-7% of GDP,” the statement said.

Candidates with disabilities are invited to register and take a step towards meaningful careers. They can register at https://lll.atfadidvara.org/public-event/3kAikTTMjT5xWDQ3pyAO/candidate

The contact persons for candidate registrations are Sunil- 9058090931, Sunita – 9353689808 and Chandan- 8867994757.
