Former Chief Minister and YSRCP president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy participated in an Iftar gathering organised by the party in Vijayawada on Wednesday. The event held at SS Convention saw the presence of Muslim religious leaders, prominent personalities, senior party leaders, and a large number of community members.

Joining the gathering in breaking the fast, Jagan extended advance Ramzan greetings and wished ‘Eid Mubarak’ in Urdu, drawing warm responses from the attendees. He stressed that peace, communal harmony, and mutual respect form the bedrock of a strong and inclusive society.

Describing Ramzan as a sacred period that reflects compassion, charity, and spiritual discipline, he noted that the festival reinforces the values of unity and brotherhood. He expressed confidence that people across communities would continue to uphold these ideals and work together to strengthen social harmony.
