IRCTC to run two pilgrim specials this month

The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has announced two Bharat Gaurav tourist train packages from Secunderabad. The ‘Ayodhya-Kashi Punya Kshetra Yatra with Baidyanath Dham’ will depart from Secunderabad railway station at 2 p.m. on July 4, while the ‘Divya Dakshin Yatra with Arunachalam’ will leave at 9 a.m. on July 20.

The Ayodhya-Kashi Punya Kshetra Yatra includes visits to the Vishnupad Temple, Kashi Viswanath Temple and Corridor, Kashi Vishalakshi Temple, Annapurna Devi Temple, the evening Ganga Aarti, Ram Janmabhoomi, Hanumangarhi, Triveni Sangam and Baba Baidyanath Temple.

Boarding and de-boarding facilities are available at Secunderabad, Cherlapalli, Kazipet, Warangal and Khammam in Telangana, and Vijayawada, Gudivada, Bhimavaram Town, Tanuku, Nidadavolu, Rajahmundry, Samalkot, Tuni, Duvvada, Pendurti and Vizianagaram in Andhra Pradesh. The tour spans nine nights and 10 days.

The Divya Dakshin Yatra with Arunachalam covers the Arunachalam Temple, Nataraja Temple, Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple, Brihadeeswara Temple, Ramanathaswamy Temple, Meenakshi Amman Temple, Rock Memorial and Kumari Amman Temple.

Boarding and de-boarding facilities are available at Secunderabad, Cherlapalli, Jangaon, Kazipet, Warangal, Mahbubabad and Khammam in Telangana, and Madhira, Vijayawada, Tenali, Ongole, Nellore, Gudur and Renigunta in Andhra Pradesh. The tour will last eight nights and nine days.

Both tour packages include vegetarian meals (morning tea, breakfast, lunch and dinner), travel insurance, the services of professional tour escorts and onboard security. For more information, visit www.irctctourism.com, according to a press release issued on Tuesday.
