This is the first time IIT-H is signing an agreement outside of academic institution,” said Mr. Murty. “This MoU strengthens the bridge between ATA and IIT-H, opening up exciting career-building opportunities for students from the Telugu diaspora.”
Mr. Jayanth said the partnership would empower Telugu diaspora with valuable experience and insight into the fast-evolving world of technology and research.
He said IIT-H will offer internship opportunities to students from the U.S., providing the necessary institutional, logistical, and infrastructural support while the ATA will assist in identifying eligible students for the programme. IIT-H will charge a nominal fee per student per month to cover other operational costs.
