City residents hassled by the pollution caused by mining operations, stone crushing units and ready mix concrete plants in their respective localities now have a WhatsApp helpline to air their grievances.

The Hyderabad Disaster Response & Asset Protection Agency (HYDRAA) asked people to reach the phone number 9000113667 with complaints about the dust pollution caused by such units.

Information about RMC units and crushers within one kilometre range of the Outer Ring Road too may be given through the helpline, by sharing the pictures of the operations along with the location.
