New Delhi:

The Hindu Janajagruti Samiti has asked the Bengaluru City Police to cancel the stand-up comedy show of Nasir Akhtar, who is set to perform on March 8 at the Ministry of Comedy. The Hindu Janajagruti Samiti has stated that Nasir Akhtar had mocked Hindu Dharma, Lord Shri Ram, and the slogan ‘Jai Shri Ram’ during his previous shows.

The Hindu Janajagruti Samiti stated that due to the current sensitive situation in Karnataka, such shows could create law and order issues.
