Andhra Pradesh Agriculture Minister K. Atchannaidu on Sunday (April 5, 2026) said that the State government was keen to resolve all pending issues of employees since their cooperation was essential for the effective implementation of welfare schemes designed to benefit the public.

He felicitated Rayi Venugopal who was recently elected as the State Vice President of APNGOs Association. Speaking on the occasion, he said that the employees’ role was critical in meeting the people’s aspirations.

Mr. Venugopal urged the government to appoint new Pay Revision Commission since it was appointed in the neighbouring Telangana State a few months ago.

TDP MLA Gondu Shankar, Dalit association’s Joint Action Committee leaders Taekwondo Srinu, Kantha Venu lauded Mr. Venugopal’s contribution to welfare of employees as well as scheduled caste communities.
