Former Karnataka CS Ratna Prabha wins Malaysian award

Ratna Prabha, IAS (Retd), former Chief Secretary of Karnataka and founder-president of Ubuntu Consortium, has been conferred with the Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad Good Global Exemplary Leadership Award by the BRICS-ASEAN Chamber of Commerce (BACC) in Malaysia.

According to a release, the award, presented by Thayalan Nathan, president of the BRICS-ASEAN Council and Nigerian Ambassador, recognises exceptional contributions to governance, institutional strengthening, and community-focused development.
