Floor test proceedings in Tamil Nadu Assembly to be telecast live

For the first time, the proceedings of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly, including the floor test, will be telecast live, officials said. Though some parts of the Assembly proceedings are usually telecast live, for the first time, the proceedings of the Assembly in which a ruling government will face the vote of confidence will be telecast live, they said. It may be recalled that Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar had directed Chief Minister to seek the vote of confidence of the Assembly on or before May 13.
