The Nunna police of NTR Commissionerate arrested five persons on Sunday in connection to the alleged gang rape of a woman.
Following the directions of Police Commissioner S. V. Rajasekhar Babu, the police arrested the five accused for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman in Vambay Colony.
The accused committed the crime under the influence of alcohol, said Women Police Station Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Prasad.
