A fan of actor and Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan purchased a benefit show ticket for the movie titled They Call Him OG for a whopping ₹1,29,999 at an auction held in Srinivasa Theatre of Choutuppal, Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri district on Sunday. The fan, Amudala Paramesh, hails from Lakkaram village of Choutupall mandal and bought the ticket at such a steep cost to show his admiration for the star.

The auction saw enthusiastic participation from fans. The ticket was for the benefit show scheduled for 1 a.m. on September 25, the day of the film’s release, with tickets originally priced at ₹800. The amount collected through this auction will be donated to the Jana Sena Party (JSP) led by Pawan Kalyan.

They Call Him OG (or simply OG) is directed by Sujeeth and produced by DVV Entertainment. The Telangana government has cleared a ticket price hike with the official order issued on September 19. As per a recent order, a special 9 pm show will be permitted on September 24, with tickets priced at ₹800 (inclusive of GST).

From September 25 to October 4, 2025, ticket prices will see a temporary hike: single-screen theatres will charge an additional ₹100, while multiplexes can charge an additional ₹150.

After October 4, ticket rates will revert to their regular pricing – ₹177 for single screens and ₹295 for multiplexes.
