Engineering graduates should move beyond becoming job seekers and strive to become entrepreneurs by pursuing innovation, said JNTUK Vice-Chancellor Prof. C.S.R.K. Prasad at the third Graduation Day celebrations of KEEAR & KSR Institute of Technology and Sciences (KITS) at Vinjanampadu near Guntur, on Saturday (August 22, 2026).

Prof. Prasad, the chief guest, advised the graduates to continuously upgrade their skills in line with changing technological trends and develop the capabilities needed to create new opportunities.

Infosys A.P. Delivery & Development Centre Head Narra Suresh, the guest of honour, stressed the importance of technical knowledge, communication skills, and continuous learning for success in the corporate sector.

College chairman Koyi Subba Rao presided over the programme, which was attended by Secretary Koyi Sekhar, Principal Dr. P. Babu and Academic Director Dr. K. Haribabu, besides faculty, parents, and students.

Degree certificates were presented to the newly graduated engineers, while special awards were given to meritorious students for their performance. The college management and faculty congratulated the graduates and wished them success in their careers, expressing hope that the occasion would remain an important milestone in their professional journeys.
