Eyeing a win: Edappadi K. Palaniswami says the AIADMK will return to power and ensure good governance.

On Friday morning, AIADMK general secretary and the Leader of the Opposition Edappadi K. Palaniswami, who was back in Salem, had a busy schedule. As he was getting ready to resume his campaign in different places of the district during the day, he spoke to The Hindu on a host of issues. He was hopeful of his party forming a government of its own and said the verdict would establish it. Edited excerpts:
