The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Sunday (April 19, 2026) conducted searches at the residence of Kolkata Police Deputy Commissioner Shantanu Sinha Biswas and on premises linked to a businessman in a money laundering case.
This is the second time in three days that Central agencies have carried out searches across the city, including at the houses of Trinamool Congress candidates, just days ahead of the Assembly election.
