The Directorate of Enforcement (ED) has arrested former commissioner of Mysuru Urban Development Authority (MUDA) G. T. Dinesh Kumar in Bengaluru.
During his tenure as MUDA commissioner, Mr. Dinesh Kumar is accused of large-scale illegal allotment of MUDA sites under the controversial 50:50 scheme.
According to sources, two residential premises in Bengaluru connected to Mr. Dinesh Kumar were searched under the PMLA 2002.
